Glowstick Liquid Moves
Foreward / sideways figure of eight [F.O.8] start the move with just the hand and wrist, so you are doing F.O.8’s this will cause the muscle in your forearm and wrist to tighten and can become painful when doing F.O.8’s for to long. to make larger F.O.8’s exaggerate the move but where you are just using just your wrist & hand to make the move, ease of the wrist movements and bring in your forearm and shoulder so your forearm is doing a F.O.8 and your wrist & hand are static then start incorporating very small F.O.8’s with the wrist & hand as well as your forearm.
