Since day one of using Twirling with Twisters, I have Listened to music while training with them. it was only when I had been using these for some time and had learnt some moves, that i appreciated how much Music helped with was either a case of me manipulating the music or the other way around whatever way I found I could loose myself in all different kinds of music. This has helped greatly with the moves I was doing, not only that but was also giving me the energy, so I could go on for longer and do more elaborate Twists. Sometimes without knowing how I had done it. It's hard to explain but if you train for a few hours a day seven days a week for a few years you might understand what i have just written, What i do know is i could not go on for as long as I do, or do a lot of the moves without best thing about Glowstick ones it doesn’t matter what kind you like, they seem to go with most kinds there are certain tracks hard to do but in general I find most fairly good What helped was the change in dance music in the late 80’s early 90’s to the present day If you go to clubs, raves, these are good places to do invisible with a strobe light looks so good other people try to copy what you are doing but cant as they think you are doing dance moves and they cant keep up, it really pisses them off, especially the ones that thought they could ones that use to come up and do what they could do which usually only lasted a couple of minutes then walk away gutted as they had used all there moves up and could not keep up with my pace there were some though that were extremely talented dancers but that was what they were and not Twisters without sounding big headed i have had some of the worlds best dancers / choreographers trying to copy the moves i did. Some even managed to break down certain parts, of the moves, especially the poi twirling moves but they could not connect the moves, to make it look fluent, especially the way i did it, what they could not understand, was how was i doing, what i was doing, and how could I do it for so because they thought i was a dancer and thought it was just a case of moving my arms and upper body, they never realised i was using imaginary Twisters. One person did mention that she thought i was doing Nunchaku moves then someone saying they use Nunchaku and he has not seen anyone using Nunchaku like went to raves as these are great places if you want to have a good work out, especially for cardiovascular exercise. Before I started using Glowstick Twisters I was the wall flower at every disco after using these for a few years my friends did not see me until the end of the night because I was permanently on the floor using imaginary Twisters the change in the music was an added bonus.
