Glowstick, Liquid Dancing, is the name used by people who Dance with
Glowsticks usually to Dance / Rave! Music. Over the past 7 years this has
become increasingly popular even though using Glowsticks to dance, has been
around for over 20 years. Two of the main moves are the figure of eight F.O.8
and Circles which are done in many different combinations. These free
download Glowstick Liquid videos. Are just samples these will improve a soon
as I can get some more web space.
All the names of these moves are what i have made up to try and simplify them if

Alternating figure 8 crossover as above except using
both hands alternatly crossing over each other.
Front View
Backwards / vertical Figure 8 is the same as the backward F.O.8 except where
you are going sideways you need to go up and down. if you try and do a forward
vertical F.O.8 your hand will automatically start doing a sideways F.O.8.
Glowstick Liquid Moves
Foreward / sideways figure of eight [F.O.8] start the move with just the hand and
wrist, so you are doing F.O.8’s this will cause the muscle in your forearm and wrist
to tighten and can become painful when doing F.O.8’s for to long. to make larger
F.O.8’s exaggerate the move but where you are just using just your wrist & hand
to make the move, ease of the wrist movements and bring in your forearm and
shoulder so your forearm is doing a F.O.8 and your wrist & hand are static then
start incorporating very small F.O.8’s with the wrist & hand as well as your
forearm.

Backwards Figure 8 is as the same as the forward F.O.8 except you should be able to make this move more fluid as you are going with the natural movements of your joint’s especially around the shoulder for the larger moves.
